The DAX Futures is trading at 12,608.50 up with +0.43% or +53.80 point. The FTSE 100 Futures is trading at 6,095.00  with  a loss of -0.91% percent or -56.00  point. The CAC 40 Futures is trading at 4,986.80 with a loss of -1.24% percent or -62.70 point.The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures trading at 3,296.00  with a loss of -1.41% percent or –47.00 point.


Buyers did it again, traders were lured into a short position after a very handsome bearish pattern. This pattern was head and shoulders and was being drawn for the vast majority of the previous week. Formation ended with a breakout of the neckline, which in theory, gave a sell signal on both: DAX and S&P 500. Surprisingly (or not), Friday brought us a sharp reversal, which left sellers on loss and facing a bigger rise, which is pretty common after a false sell signal.


For the day Germany’s DAX closed at 12,799.97 up with +1.32% percent or +166.26 point.the FTSE 100 closed at 6,123.17 with a loss of –0.86% percent or –53.02 point. France’s CAC  40 closed at 5,056.23 up with +1.73% percent or +85.76  point.


For the day the Dow is trading at 26,085.80 up with +0.040% percent or +10.50 point. The S&P 500 is trading at 3,155.22  with a loss of –0.94% percent or ?29.82  point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 10,390.84 with a loss of -2.13% percent or -226.60 point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at at 22,587.01 with a loss of –0.87% percent or –197.73 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 25,452.76 with a loss of  –1.24% percent or –319.36  point. China’s Shanghai  Composite is trading at 3,414.62 with a loss of –0.83% percent or –28.67 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 36,098.04 with a loss of -1.62% percent or –595.65  point at 12:15 PM.
