The DAX Futures is trading at 13,303.20 with a loss of -0.01% percent or -1.60 point.The FTSE 100 Futures is trading at 7,510.00 with a loss  -0.05% percent or -3.80 point. The CAC 40 Futures is trading at 6,008.00  up with +0.59% percent or +35.50 point.  The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures trading at 3,760.00 with 0.00% percent or 0.00 point.


It was a mixed day for the auto sector. Continental and Volkswagen saw red, with losses of 0.84% and 0.19% respectively. BMW and Daimler managed to find support, rising by 0.22% and by 0.09% respectively.

The sector was under pressure through the week following news of BMW and Daimler announcing plans to pull out of the North America market.

It was a bearish day for the banks, however. Commerzbank fell by 0.83%, with Deutsche Bank down by 0.82%.


For the day Germany’s DAX closed at 13,318.90 up  with +0.81% percent or +106.94  point.the FTSE 100 closed at 7,582.48  up with +0.11% percent or +8.66 point. France’s CAC  40 closed at 6,021.53 up with +0.82% percent or +49.26 point.


For the day the Dow is trading at 28,455.09  up with +0.28% percent or  +78.13 point. The S&P 500 is trading at 3,221.22 up with +0.49% percent or +15.85 point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 8,924.96 up with +0.42% percent or +37.74  point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 23,821.11 up with +0.019% percent or +4.48 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 27,857.69  with a loss of –0.049% percent or –13.66 point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 2,974.10  with a loss of –1.03% percent or –30.84  point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 41,648.81 with a loss of –0.079% percent or –32.73 point at 12:15 PM.
