DAX Futures Update : 03 Oct. 2022

The DAX Futures is trading at 12,012.0 with a loss of –0.18% percent -21.8 point.The FTSE 100 Futures is trading at 6,853.20 up with +0.26% percent or +17.70 point. The CAC 40 Futures is tradingat 5,686.20 up with +0.14% percent or +8.20 point.  The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures trading at 3,280.00 up with +0.15% percent or +5.00 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in Germany was unchanged at 5.5 percent in September 2022, remaining at its highest level in a year and matching market expectations. The number of unemployed rose by 14,000 to 2.510 million as Ukrainian refugees continued to enter the system. “The labor market remains stable overall despite rising prices and concerns about an energy shortage,” said labour office chief Andrea Nahles. The highest jobless rates were reported in Bremen (10.5 percent) and Berlin (8.9 percent) and the lowest rates in Bayern (3.3 percent) and Baden-Württem-berg (3.7 percent).

For the day the Dow is trading at 28,725.51  with a loss of –1.71% percent or ?500.10 point. The S&P 500 is trading at 3,585.62 with a loss of – 1.51% percent or -54.85 point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 10,575.62 with a loss of 1.51%  percent or -161.89   point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 26,064.23 up with +0.49% percent or +127.02  point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 16,993.45 with a loss of –1.33% percent or -229.38  point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 3,024.39 with a loss of –0.55% percent or -16.81 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 56,952.36 with a loss of –0.83% percent or -474.56  point at 12:15 PM.
