DAX Futures Update : 26 July. 2022

The DAX Futures is trading at 13,162.0 with a loss of -0.26% percent -33.9 point.The FTSE 100 Futures is trading at 7,293.00 up with +0.36% percent or +26.50 point. The CAC 40 Futures is trading at 6,225.20 with a loss of  -0.28% percent or -17.30 point.  The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures trading at 3,594.00 with -0.22% percent or -8.00 point.




The Ifo Business Climate indicator for Germany fell to 88.6 in July of 2022, the lowest in over two years and below market expectations of 90.2 as higher energy prices and the threat of a gas shortage are weighing on the economy that is on the cusp of a recession. Germany’s gas network regulator warned that if gas through the Nord Stream 1 pipeline continued to be pumped at only 40%, the country would need to take additional measures to reach the 90% of storage capacity set as a target to avert winter rationing. The index of the current situation went down to 97.7 in July from 99.4 the prior month, while the gauge assessing companies’ expectations decreased to 80.3 from 85.8. Sentiment deteriorated across all sectors: manufacturing (-7.1 vs 0 in June); services (0.9 vs 10.9); trade (-21.6 vs -14.7); and construction




For the day Germany’s DAX closed at 13,159.72 with a loss of –0.38% percent or -50.60   point.the FTSE 100 closed at 7,339.69 up with +0.46% percent or +33.39  point. France’s CAC 40 closed at 6,220.29 with a loss of –0.28% percent or17.26  point.




For the day the Dow is trading at 31,990.04 with 0.28% percent or +90.75  point. The S&P 500 is trading at 3,966.84 up with +0.13% percent or +5.21  point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 11,782.67 with a loss of –0.43% percent or -51.45 point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 27,675.56  with a loss of –0.086% percent or ?23.69 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 20,886.07 up with +1.57% ercent or +323.13  point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 3,274.81 up with +0.75% percent or +24.42 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 55,346.41 with a loss of –0.75% percent or -419.81 point at 12:15 PM.
