DAX Futures Morning Update on 06 August

The DAX Futures is trading at 12,576.50  with  a loss of -0.28% percent or -35.00 point .The FTSE 100 Futures is trading at 7,593.00 with a loss of -0.17% percent or -13.00 point. The CAC 40 Futures is trading at 5,473.95  with a loss of -0.092% percent or -5.02 point . The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures is trading at 3,481.00 with +0.00% percent or +0.00 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

Today’s economic calendar includes Employment Situation 8:30 AM ET, International Trade 8:30 AM ET, PMI Services Index 9:45 AM ET, ISM Non-Mfg Index 10:00 AM ET, and the Baker-Hughes Rig Count 1:00 PM ET.

After trading lower in the overnight session, the S&P 500 futures opened yesterday’s cash session at 2797.25, made an immediate low of 2795.00, and from there the bulls took over pushing buy stops. It was a relentless push to 2812.50 in the first hour, and after a pullback to 2804.75, the bulls recharged heading into the Euro close as buy programs pushed the ESU up to a 2823.25 morning high just before noon.

For the day Germany’s DAX closed at 12,580.78  with a loss of -0.28% percent or -34.98 point. the FTSE 100 closed at 7,654.95  with a loss of -0.054% percent or -4.15 point. France’s CAC 40 closed at 5,472.51  with a loss of  -0.12% percent or -6.46 point. 

WORLD MARKETS

For the day the Dow is trading at 25,462.58 up with +0.54% percent or +136.42 point. The S&P 500 is trading at 2,840.35 up with +0.46% percent or +13.13 point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 7,812.01 up with +0.12% percent or +9.33 point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 22,507.32  with a loss of -0.079% percent or -17.86 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 27,820.17 up with +0.52% percent or  +143.85 point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 2,705.16 with a loss of -1.29% percent or -35.29  point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 37,735.49 up with +0.48% percent or +179.33 point at 12:15 PM.
