Dax Futures Morning Update on 27 April

The DAX Futures is trading at 12,570.50 up with +0.47% percent or +59.00 point .The FTSE 100 Futures is trading at 7,389.50 up with  +0.86% percent or +63.00 point. The CAC 40 Futures is trading at 5,412.50 up  with +0.89% percent or +48.00 point .  The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures is trading at 3,447.00  up with +0.15%  percent or +5.00 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

European stock markets were in red territory on Wednesday, as higher bond yields saw investors ditch equities in favor of US bonds. Treasury notes have hit 4-year highs this week. On Wednesday, 10-year US Treasury notes climbed to 3.015%, and 2-year bonds have increased to 2.504 percent. With inflation appearing to be on the rise, there are stronger expectations that the Federal Reserve will raise rates four times in 2018, which is making bonds more attractive at the expense of the stock markets.

China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 3,081.00 up with +0.19% percent or  +5.97 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 34,952.32 up with +0.69% percent or +238.72  point at 12:15 PM.
