Dax Futures

The German equity index DAX remained near a four-week high on Tuesday morning, as investors primarily engaged in stock-specific strategies while anticipating forthcoming U.S. employment data. The DAX experienced an increase of 17.63 points, reflecting a rise of 0.07%, reaching a level of 25,022.37 recently.

  • BASF experienced an increase of 4.5%, and Brenntag saw a rise of 2.7%.
  • Merck, Adidas, Zalando, Porsche Automobil Holding, Volkswagen, Siemens Healthineers, and Henkel recorded gains ranging from 1.5% to 2%.
  • Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Fresenius Medical Care, SAP, Deutsche Post, and Siemens experienced gains ranging from 0.7% to 1.3%.
  • Siemens Energy, Qiagen, Hannover Rueck, Daimler Truck Holding, and E.ON saw losses ranging from 0.8% to 1.2%.

Allianz experienced a decline of 2.5%. Symrise, the leading performer in the benchmark index, experienced a 7% increase following Goldman Sachs’ upgrade of the stock’s rating from ‘neutral’ to ‘buy.’
