The DAX Futures is trading at 15,562.50 up with +0.38% or +58.50 point.The FTSE 100 Futures is trading at 7,018.80 up with +0.06% percent or +4.30 point. The CAC 40 Futures is trading at 6,656.00 with +0.70% percent or +46.50 point.  The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures trading at 4,110.00  with a loss of  -0.10% percent or -4.00 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

IHS Markit / BME Germany Manufacturing PMI was revised slightly higher to 65.9 in July of 2021 from a preliminary of 65.6 and compared to 65.1 in June. The reading pointed to the strongest growth in factory activity since April and the third-highest on record. New orders rose at the third-strongest rate ever recorded, leading to a near-record increase in backlogs despite an unprecedented rise in employment. Output growth was strong overall but eased since June, constrained by ongoing supply shortages. July data also indicated the fastest rates of input and output price inflation in the survey history. Meanwhile, output expectations remained strongly positive, but sentiment moderated to the lowest in 2021 so far.
